For over eight years, I have worked in a highly demanding, high-stress professional environment. During that time, my nutrition and lifestyle choices consistently set me apart from those around me, not because I was striving for perfection, but because I had an ingrained understanding of how daily habits shape energy, focus, and resilience. It was this contrast that ultimately encouraged me to take the leap into becoming a certified nutritionist and coach.
 

I came to realise that what felt “natural” to me was not always easy or intuitive for others. For many people, making even basic lifestyle changes that support optimal health can feel overwhelming. That insight led me to reflect on my upbringing and the foundations that shaped my approach to wellbeing.
 

Food was always central in my life. I was raised by a strong Greek matriarch and physician who lived and breathed the principles of the Mediterranean lifestyle. I learned early on that what you put on your plate is the foundation of long-term health, not through restriction, but through enjoyment, balance, and consistency. Meals were something to be savoured, shared, and celebrated, while still deeply nourishing the body.

 

Today, my goal is to help you develop that same ease and confidence around food and lifestyle choices. Through my training as a certified holistic nutritionist, alongside a Harvard-based nutrition programme, I work with you to curate a personalised, sustainable approach that fits your life. Together, we focus on making healthy choices feel second nature, so your lifestyle supports not just your health, but your energy, joy, and longevity.

My holistic nutrition practice is intended for lasting change, built from knowledge, intention, and sustainable habits, not fad diets. As a certified holistic nutritionist, my mission is to support you in transforming your health from the inside out, with a personalised approach that honours both your body and your lifestyle.

Together, we move beyond short-term results and focus on creating a way of living that supports long-term health, confidence, and vitality. This is not about quick fixes or restriction. It’s about empowering you with the tools to take control of your health for life. 

What sets my approach apart is the combination of holistic nutrition training with advanced, research-backed study. This means I stay at the forefront of nutritional science, allowing me to support you with evidence-based guidance that helps transform not just your body, but your mindset too, creating results that are sustainable and truly lasting.

My Approach to Nutrition

The path to weight loss is multifaceted, and so is my approach. I view issues such as being overweight and fertility as an extension of whole-body wellness not a standalone issue to be “fixed.”

Personalisation

No two bodies are the same. I work closely with each client to create tailored protocols based on their health history, symptoms, lab work (if available), and individual goals.

Root-Cause Focus

Instead of simply addressing symptoms, I look deeper to identify underlying imbalances, such as inflammation, hormonal disruption, nutrient deficiencies, or metabolic issues.

My recommendations are grounded in clinical research and nutritional science, ensuring the highest standard of guidance.
